Try Cuban cuisines that are a mix between Spanish and Caribbean dishes. They incorporate a lot of spices while traditional meals include black beans, shredded beef, rice and plantains.
Interestingly enough, Cuba has two different currencies: one type is used by natives, while tourists use the other currency.
