Lord Mayor of Dublin Emma Blain officially opened the DiscoverIreland Home Holiday Pavilion at Holiday World Show in the RDS Simmonscourt today.
The Holiday World Show 2025, continuing through till 5pm tomorrow, Sunday 26th January, brings together hundreds of exhibitors from across Ireland at the DiscoverIreland Home Holidays Pavilion and over 1,000 from around the word.
At the DiscoverIreland Pavilion, a wide variety of destinations and holiday experiences from all across the beautiful island of Ireland are on display, with show-only deals and experts on hand to answer your every question. From stunning coastal towns to cosmopolitan cities and unforgettable landscapes, there is so much to discover right on our doorstep.
2025 will be a great year to take a holiday closer to home, with a variety of hotel offerings, river cruises, outdoor activities, cultural heritage sites, local businesses, and more. Check out organisations such as tourism boards for locations across the Ireland, such as Louth, Kilkenny, Roscommon, Kerry, Down, Antrim, Donegal, Offaly, Longford, Limerick, Mayo, Carlow, Sligo, Waterford, Westmeath, Cork, Cavan, Clare Tourism, Ulster, and Leitrim.

It is estimated that €6.2 billion, excluding fares, was spent by international visitors to Ireland in 2024 – an increase of 13% compared to last year. There are currently 257,900 people working in tourism and hospitality businesses nationwide, making it altogether the country's largest indigenous industry, and the biggest regional employer.
Holiday World Show 2025 also includes a new Cruise the World area, a return of the wide offerings of the Visit USA Pavilion, the largest All-Ireland Caravan, Motorhome, and Camping Show in years, the Irish holiday favourites Spain and Portugal, the Homes in the Sun Pavilion for property options overseas, as well as an array of other destinations, companies, and experiences.
